The foot has a round hole with a 49 mm diameter. If your stilts are made from a standard 50×50 mm wooden beam, you need to generously round the corners at the bottom so the square timber fits into the round opening.
A rasp, sandpaper or router will do the job – rounding the edges takes just a few minutes and the foot then fits like a glove.
Shape the bottom of the 50×50 mm beam into a round profile of Ø 49 mm.
Push the foot onto the rounded end of the stilt. It fits firmly and securely.
No glue, no screws. The foot holds on its own and is ready for action.
