Building of KOA and KOAA

process of building step by step:

1. Put the top traverse on floor/ground and insert first set of legs, each leg to each hole. Put bolts inside and tighten nuts with spanners. Picture manual point 1.

2. Y​o​u can turn this base on legs. We recommended to put something under legs e.g. tiny wooden plates to protect floor inside or to protect legs outside from earth, grass and other dirts. At this point we can follow next step and insert the next set of legs. We are working on sides of construction, does not matter which side is first if left or right. We lift one side so high that we can insert new pair of legs. Now the construction is standing on one side on two sets of legs and on the other side just on one set of legs. Lift the lower side so high as it is necessary and insert second set of legs on that side.Do not use bolts now, you have time for this. Remember to work every time on sides left/right never front and back side during building.  Picture manual poin 2 and 3.

3. Now is time for struts. Put one on each side. Holes on legs and struts should fit if not you can move a bit with leg to fit it perfectly. If it fits well you can put bolts into holes and tighten it. In that moment you connected first and second sets of legs also with struts , you can see it in picture manual point 4.  

4. Next step is same as on beginning. You are working on sides of construction. Lift one side, insert legs, put bolts, tighten them. Lift second side, insert legs, bolts and tighten them. Always remember to control process of building and tightening bolts and nuts. Ponit 5,6 and 7 in picture manual. Maximum height is defined by your type  of construction, depends on if you have KOA or KOAA. Never go over the maximum of your construction height, it is forbidden.

5. Last part are joint legs. Insert each one to each leg, insert bolts and tight them. In case that the legs are not in contact with floor/ground you can elevated or corrected each leg a bit. All the legs have to be on floor/ground everytime.  Don´t forget tighten  contra - nuts in up direction. Picture manual point 8.
