We provide a two-year warranty on the acrobatic scarf from the date of purchase. If you choose to register your product, the warranty may be extended according to the terms stated on our e-shop..

The warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear of the silk during its use
• Any modifications or interventions to the product
• Incorrect storage or maintenance
• Damage caused by accidents, negligence or improper use
• Using a silk for purposes for which it is not intended.

To maintain the validity of the warranty, we strongly recommend following the instructions provided in the manual. The warranty does not cover damages caused by ignoring these recommendations..

The hanging cylinder 2.0 consists of two parts – the carabiner and the suspension cylinder itself – to which different warranty conditions apply.:

1. Carabiner: The warranty is provided according to the parameters and conditions set by the manufacturer SingingRock. For details, please refer to the documentation and specifications of this manufacturer (the instructions are on the carabiner).
2. Suspension cylinder: We provide a basic warranty of two years from the date of purchase for our own product. However, after product registration, we offer the option to extend the warranty up to 10 years..

The warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear resulting from proper use,
• Improper storage, maintenance or handling,
• Damage caused by accidents, negligence, or use that does not comply with the instructions,
• Any modifications or interventions to the product.
