before building of koa you have to know who is who:

Trained person = a person who has been trained personaly by the contractor as part of the handover training or additional training and is responsible for the correctness and safety of KOA. A trained person also include ones who have successfully completed this e-learning course.

Trained helper = a person who has been briefed by the trained person on the construction process and is qualified to assist in the construction under the supervision and direction of the trained person.

Builder = the trained person in charge of the construction. In the event that there is more than one trained person during constructing the building, one person must be selected as the builder. Builder is boss  who is in charge of and responsible for the building.

The construction of the KOA and KOAA may only be carried out by a trained person (builder) together with his/her trained helpers!

A minimum of 3 people will be needed, at least 1 of them is a trained person and the others have been trained before construction. They were familiarized with the principle of construction and become trained helpers.

It is absolutely necessary to visually inspect all the parts before building, including the place where it will be built! If the KOA shows signs of damage that could affect safety, it is forbidden to build it.
